Provider and agreement
Papriva is provided by Fuzhou Buwan Technology Co., Ltd. By downloading or using Papriva, you agree to these terms, the Apple Standard EULA, and applicable App Store terms.
Permitted use
You may use Papriva for lawful personal and business document tasks. You are responsible for having permission to scan, store, edit, and share the documents you choose.
Accuracy and professional reliance
OCR, classifications, titles, totals, reminders, page optimization, and other automated outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Papriva is not legal, tax, medical, accounting, identity-verification, archival, or financial advice. Review originals and seek qualified advice when appropriate.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchase
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. StoreKit displays the applicable price, duration, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before confirmation. Lifetime access is a non-consumable purchase for Papriva Pro on supported Apple devices associated with the purchasing Apple Account.
Apple processes payments, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration. Existing documents remain readable and exportable if a subscription expires; creating documents beyond the free limit and Pro editing tools require an active Pro entitlement.
Storage and backups
Storage and synchronization depend on your device, Apple Account, iCloud quota, network, and Apple service availability. Maintain independent backups of important documents. Papriva is not a regulated records-retention or disaster-recovery service.
Password exports
You are responsible for securely remembering and communicating PDF export passwords. Papriva cannot recover a forgotten password and does not retain it for you.
Changes and availability
We may update Papriva to improve security, compatibility, and functionality. Features can change when required by law, App Store policy, or Apple platform behavior. Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
