Who provides Papriva
Papriva is provided by Fuzhou Buwan Technology Co., Ltd.This policy applies to the Papriva iPhone application with bundle identifiercom.bwkj.papriva.
No Papriva account
Papriva does not ask you to register, create a profile, or send us a username, password, telephone number, or social-login identity.
Scans, OCR, and document analysis
Camera scans, imported images, optical character recognition, suggested document types, titles, and receipt totals are processed on your device using Apple system frameworks. Papriva does not upload this content to a server operated by us.
OCR and automated suggestions can be inaccurate. Review important documents and extracted values before relying on them.
Local and iCloud storage
When your Apple Account and iCloud Drive make the Papriva iCloud Documents container available, Papriva stores document packages there so Apple can sync them between your devices. Packages can contain the PDF, page images, a thumbnail, OCR text, title, type, amount, favorite status, and due date. These files count toward your iCloud storage quota.
Apple processes iCloud content under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not operate the iCloud service and do not have access to your private iCloud Documents container. If iCloud is unavailable, Papriva stores new documents in its protected local app container on that iPhone.
Camera, photos, Face ID, and notifications
- Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a document.
- The system photo picker supplies only the images you select for import.
- Face ID or device passcode authentication is optional and handled by iOS.
- Local notification permission is requested only when you create a due-date reminder.
Papriva does not require these optional permissions for unrelated features and does not receive your Face ID data or device passcode.
Purchases
Apple processes subscriptions and the lifetime purchase. Papriva reads verified StoreKit product and entitlement information to unlock Pro features, but does not receive your full payment-card details. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
Data collection and tracking
We do not collect personal data from Papriva, use advertising identifiers, track you across apps or websites, or include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Apple may independently process App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, crash, and device-service data under Apple's policies.
Your choices
- Export documents as standard PDFs whenever you choose.
- Delete documents in Papriva; iCloud propagates deletion to synced devices.
- Disable reminders, app lock, camera, photo, or notification access in iOS Settings.
- Disable iCloud Drive for Papriva through your Apple Account settings.
Keep independent backups of legally, financially, medically, or personally important documents before deleting the app, changing Apple Accounts, or disabling iCloud.
Children
Papriva is a general-purpose productivity tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Policy changes
If Papriva's data practices materially change, this page and the policy presented in the app will be updated. The effective date above identifies the current version.
